Cookie lifetime in minutes
Google Analytics has a throttling cookie with a lifetime of 1 minute as defined here: https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/analyticsjs/cookie-usage
When defining cookie lifetime the smallest option available is hours, please add minutes
