I like this service: http://www.freshdesk.com Please add it. Also, each category could have some editable boilerplate we can use when we do not find the service.

Hi there malartre, We've now integrated Freshdesk with iubenda and it should therefore be available to you. You can access it by browsing https://www.iubenda.com/en/dashboard > choose policy/edit > "Add Service". Please let us know if there are any other questions for us. :)
